1 can whole kernal corn, drained
1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
1 stick butter, melted
1 egg

Mix all ingredients and pour into a 9x12 greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or a bit longer until casserole is golden brown on top and firm. Do not overbake.
