1 Package of Chopped Spinach, frozen
1 Can Water Chestnuts
1 16 oz. Container of Sour Cream
1 Package of Knorr's Vegetable Soup Mix
1 Cup of Hellman's Mayonnaise
3 Green Onions

Directions:
Directions:
Defrost and drain all the moisture from spinach (I squeeze small amounts of spinach in my hand to get all the moisture out)
Finely chop water chestnuts
Finely chop 3 green onions

Mix together all of the ingredients and refrigerate for at least 2 hours

Cut out the middle of a round bread (sour dough, pumpernickel, etc. and cut it into small pieces.). Also can serve with assorted crackers.
