2 lbs sirloin steak
3/4 cups flour
6 slices bacon – chopped
1 tsp salt
dash pepper
dash paprika
2 cups tomato juice
1 tsp white sugar
1 tap yellow mustard
1 onion, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Cut steak into 2 inch pieces. Pound as much flour as possible into both sides of meat. Pan fry bacon until crisp. Sear meat on both sides in pan with bacon. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika. Pour tomato juice over meat. Add sugar, mustard and onion.

Simmer until tender (about 1 hour) in covered pan, stirring occasionally.
