1/4 lb pancetta bacon (can also use thick sliced bacon)
1/4 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp dried parsley
1 clove garlic minced
1/4 cup chicken stock
1 can tomato sauce
1 cup cream

Directions:
Directions:
Chop bacon and fry in a large frying pan over medium heat until lightly browned. Add basil, thyme, oregano, parsley and garlic. Fry for 1 minute.

Add chicken broth and let mixture simmer for 3 - 5 minutes. Add tomato sauce and bring to a boil. Simmer uncovered for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and add cream. Bring close to a boil, stirring constantly.

Serve over your favourite pasta.
