1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 onion diced
1 tsp minced garlic
2 Chicken breasts or 4 chicken thighs
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can chicken broth
1 pkg mushrooms
8 puff pastry shells
1 can sweet peas

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in a large pot. Add onion and cook until soft. Add garlic and chicken (cut into bite size pieces), stirring occasionally until chicken is cooked through. Add cream of chicken soup and chicken broth and simmer for 30 minutes. Add mushrooms and continue cooking until mushrooms are soft.

Serve over puff pastry, cooked according to directions on package. Also serve with peas on the side or add the peas to mixture just before serving.
