4 stalks celery, sliced
4 medium carrots, sliced
2 medium onions, cut in chunks
1.4 kg Boneless beef roast (Can use blade or sirloin)
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp garlic powder
2 cups beef broth

Directions:
Directions:
Lay celery, carrots, and onion on the bottom of a 5 litre slow cooker. Place roast on top of vegetables and season with pepper and garlic. Pour beef broth over roast.

Cover, cook on low for 10-12 hours or on high for 5-6 hours.

Thicken the juice to make gravy.
