1 kg boneless sirloin tip steak
½ cup hot water
2 tsp beef bouillon powder
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 envelop onion soup mix
½ cup red wine
1 package mushrooms, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Cut steak into 1 inch cubes. Place beef cubes in 6 litre slow cooker.

Stir hot water and bouillon powder together in medium bowl. Add soup, soup mix and wine. Mix well. Pour over beef cubes.

Cover and cook on low for 7 - 9 hours or on high for 3 ½ - 4 ½ hours.

Stir in fresh mushrooms for the last hour.
