Personal Notes:
My very first foster dog was Charlie and as Drambuie is known as the "Bonnie Prince Charlie" drink in Scotland, it seemed appropriate to add it to this book!
It is also true that Scots will find any excuse to add alcohol to their diet! Slainte !(cheers!)
