1 Head of Cauliflower, chopped into small florets
1 Head of Broccoli chopped into small florets
1 Lb. Bacon
1 Small Onion, chopped fine
1 Bag Grated Cheddar Cheese (2 cups)

Dressing:

2 Cups Mayo
1/4 Cup Vinegar
1/2 Cup Sugar
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:

Chop Cauliflower and Broccoli into small, bite-size pieces

Fry Bacon and cut into bite-size pieces..

Add Bacon, Chopped Onion and Cheese.

Mix well and add dressing prior to serving
