3 C Packaged cornbread mix
2-1/2 C Milk
1/2 C Oil
3 Eggs, beaten
1 Large onion, chopped
2 T Sugar
1 C Cream Style Corn
1/2 C Chopped Jalapeno pepper
1-1/2 C Grated Cheddar Cheese
1/4 lb. Fried bacon, crumbled
1/4 C Pimento
Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and bake in a 400º oven for about 35 minutes.
