1 lb. Ground Beef
1 C Chopped Onion
1 C Chopped Bell Pepper
1T Worchestershire sauce
1 Large can tomato sauce
1 C Grated Cheese (or more)
3/4 C Sour Cream
2 C Cooked rice
Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Saute` onion & bell pepper. Add ground meat and brown well. Add tomato sauce & worchestershsire sauce . Stir and cook several minutes until mixture comes to a slow boil. When mixture begins to boil moderately, add cooked rice and sour cream. Pour into a greased casserole dish and cover with grated. Deposit in a hot oven and withdraw when cheese is melted.
