¼ pound Natural cheddar cheese, cubed
¼ pound Processed American cheese, cubed
1½ tablespoons Flour
½ cup Vegetable broth
½ teaspoon Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Pour one cup of water into base. Position tray, rack and bowl. Plug unit into outlet. Dredge cheeses with flour. Pour vegetable broth into bowl and heat until air bubbles rise to the surface. Add one handful of cheese at a time. Stirring with a fork until completely melted. Add another handful of cheese. After all cheese is melted, keep stirring until the mixture starts to bubble lightly. Add salt to taste.
