½ cup Butter
2 cups Dark brown sugar
1 cups Corn syrup
2 tablespoons Water
1 can (14 ounce) Sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the butter in a bowl over a pan of hot water and add all the other ingredients except the vanilla. Stir until thick, then add the vanilla. Place in a fondue pot to keep warm and serve with pieces of apples and pears to dip in.
