1 cup brown sugar
1 cup sugar
1 cup butter (2 sticks)
2 eggs

Dry topping:
2 cups flour
3 cups rolled oats
1 tsp baking soda

Topping:
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup margarine
1 tbsp vanilla
1 can Eagle brand condensed milk (14 oz)

Directions:

Bake in 9" by 13" pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Combine and blend brown sugar, white sugar, butter, Add eggs to this mixture, one at a time), Add dry ingredients to this mixture. For topping, melt the chocolate chips, margarine and vanilla together. Add the can of condensed milk and blend well. Place 2/3 of dry mixture in the 9"x13" pan. Pour topping over this mixture. Sprinkle the remaining 1/3 dry mixture over the topping.
