1 - 3 lb. beef chuck roast, boneless
1 can condensed French onion soup (10-3/4 oz.)
1 can condensed beef consommé
1 can condensed beef broth
1 t. beef bouillon granules

8-10 French or Italian rolls
Swiss cheese, grated
Green peppers, sliced
Onion, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In a crockpot, put chuck roast, 3 cans of soup/broth and beef granules.

Cook on low for 6-8 hours.

Shred meat with fork and put on rolls.

Add cheese, green peppers and onions to taste.

Use juices from crock pot to dip sandwiches.
