1 head of cabbage
6-8 bacon strips, diced
3/4 cup onions
3/4 cup green peppers
Season to taste.
May add vinegar, to taste.

Decord head of cabbage; cut into strips. Cook for 10 minutes. Fry diced bacon until crisp. Combine cabbage, onions, peppers,with bacon and drippings, Fry for 5 minutes. Add seasonings and vinegar (optional).
