1 1/4 cup (14 0z can) sweetened condensed milk
1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 cup evaporated milk or yogurt (plain)
1/2 cup key lime juice (or lemon juice)
2 prepared Graham cracker crusts
1 small of Cool Whip (thawed)

With electric mixer, mix cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add condensed milk and evaporated milk (or yogurt). With mixer on medium speed, slowly add lime juice. Beat one minute. Fold in Cool Whip. Fill cracker crusts. Freeze at lest 2 hours. Let set at room temperature 10-15 minutes before slicing.
