1 c. evaporated milk
3 egg yolks (whisked together with 1 tsp. water)
1 tbsp. corn starch
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine
1 1/3 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine corn starch and evaporated milk. Mix milk, egg yolks, vanilla, sugar and margarine in saucepan. Cook on medium heat until mixture thickens (about 6 minutes). Add coconut and nuts. Allow to cool.
