1 lb. hamburger
1 onion, diced
1 can tomato paste
2 small cans water (use tomato paste cans)
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. chili powder
Cooked white rice - about 1 cup
4 Green bell peppers

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger - add onions and sautee. Mix tomato paste with 2 small cans water, add to hamburger mixture. Add in sugar and chili powder. Simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in rice. Stuff raw, whole peppers with hamburger/rice mixture. Place peppers in covered dish. Bake at 375º for 30 minutes, covered. For the last 15 minutes, uncover.
