1 1/2 cup AP Flour
1 1/2 cup cornmeal
1 tablespoon baking powder
2 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup corn oil
1 cup sour cream
1 cup milk
1 egg slightly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º
Sift dry ingredients together. Combine wet ingredients. Fold wet ingredients. Fold wet into dry until just mixed together. Pour batter into a buttered 9" pan and bake in oven for 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Remove from pan and cool.
