1 1/4 cups cornmeal
1/2 cup AP Flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup Kellogg All Bran cereal
3/4 cup skim milk
2 egg whites, slightly beaten
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup whole kernel corn, drained
1/2 cup Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped green onions

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400º.
Stir together, cornmeal, flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine cereal and milk. Let stand 2 minutes or until slightly softened. Add egg whites, oil, corn cheese and onions. Add flour mixture, stirring just until combined. Spread batter into 8x8x2 inch baking pan coated with nonstick spray.
Bake at 400 º for 40 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
