1 (8 1/2 oz.) box Jiffy Corn Muffin© mix
1 c. Jiffy Golden Yellow Cake© mix
2 eggs
1/3 c. milk
1 c. cream style corn
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
4 T. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º.
In large bowl mix first 6 ingredients by hand, with spoon, until well mixed. In large 11 1/2" cast iron skillet melt butter. (I pour about 2 tablespoons of the melted butter into the batter and stir until mixed.) Pour cornbread batter into HOT buttered skillet and bake in HOT oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown and tests done.

NOTE: This can also be cooked in a 9X13" pan.
