8 ounces dried spaghetti noodles or brown rice noodles
4 cups water
1 cup peanut sauce (store-bought or homemade, see recipe below)
3 green onions, finely diced
1-2 grilled or cooked chicken breasts, chopped
1/2 cup chopped peanuts

Peanut Sauce
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons soy sauce
4 tablespoons peanut butter
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/3 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon Sriracha (optional)

Directions:
1. Stir together until smooth.

1. Place spaghetti, water, and peanut sauce in a large pot. Bring water to a boil over high heat.

2. As soon as the water is boiling, turn the heat down to medium and stir the pasta every 2-3 minutes.

3. Cook until the sauce begins to thicken and the pasta becomes tender, about 15 minutes total.

4. Toss in green onions, chicken, and peanuts, if desired. Stir to coat.
