1 lb. Mild Pork Sausage, bulk
1 Pan Cornbread
1 Loaf French Bread
Pepperidge Farm Seasoned Dressing
1 Stick Butter
1 Quart Chicken Broth
1 C. Chopped Onions
1 C. Chopped Celery
Turkey/Chicken Drippings

Directions:
Directions:
In a Skillet, saute onions and celery in 1/2 stick butter.
When soft and clear, add the sausage and cook until done.
Add the remaining butter and all ow to combine with the ingredients. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, crumble up the cornbread, french loaf, and add the Pepperidge Farm dressing.
Add the sauted ingredients and mix together.
ADd the chicken broth and turkey/chicken drippings (if available). You may need to add more broth if you do not have enough liquid from the turkey/ chicken.
Mix together until soft . Press into a buttered casserole dish.
Bake at 325º for 30-40 minutes.

I make this Cornbread dressing every Thanksgiving.
You amy need to add more liquids. I like to soak the french bread and cornbread in the chicken broth.
