13 oz. caramels (such as Brach caramel candy pieces)
2 TBSP evaporated milk
⅓ bar paraffin wax
8 oz. chocolate
2 c. pecans, halves

Directions:
Lay out a long piece of wax paper on counter. Use a butter stick and 'butter' the wax paper.

Combine the caramels and milk on top of a double broiler and heat until caramel is melted. Beat until creamy with a wooden spoon. Stir in pecan halves. Take 2-3 pecans on a spoon and lay onto buttered wax paper. Let stand 15 minutes.

Combine chocolate and wax on top of a double broiler. Heat until smooth. Chocolate will be smooth and shiny.

Insert a round toothpick in each piece of caramel pecan candy and dip into chocolate. Return chocolate covered candy to wax paper to cool.

Remove the toothpicks. You can dab the little holes with any remaining chocolate.
