1 Small pks. Yellow Rice
1 Can Mexican Corn, drained
1 Stick Butter
1 Small Jar Pimentos
8 oz. Sour Cream
1 Small Chopped Onion
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 C. Grated Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the yellow rice as directed on pkg.
Add all ingredients and mix well.
Pour into a buttered casserole and top with additional grated cheese.
Bake at 350º for 30-40 minutes.
