Ingredients: 3/4 cup warm water 1 pack instant yeast 3 tbsp. sugar
3 cups King Arthur Bread flour 1 cup semolina flour 1/2 tsp salt.

Directions:Mix first 3 ingredients together and stir, let set for 12 minutes.
Mix next three ingredients together until well blended.
Mix the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and add 2 tbsp. of olive oil. Mix in stand mixer until a ball of dough is formed. Remove dough from mixer and sprinkle flour on countertop surface. Knead dough until smooth. Lightly coat the inside of mixing bowl with olive oil and let rise for about 2 hours. Remove dough from bowl and divide as needed. |

Notes: When making pizza, use a pizza stone for best results. Heat oven to 500 degrees and let the stone sit in the oven as the oven preheats. Use a pizza peel to make the pizza on, make sure it is coated with flour so the pizza can slide off. Once the toppings are on the pizza, slide the pizza off of the pizza peel onto the baking stone. Cook until cheese is golden brown (between 6 - 8 minutes.
