1/2 lb liverwurst
1/2 tsp grated onion (or juice)
1/4 cup mayonnaise
Salt and pepper

2 oz cream cheese
2 tbsp mayonnaise

Directions:
Mash liverwurst, en blend in other ingredients , mound in desired shape and chill.
Blend 2 oz cream cheese with 2 tbsp mayonnaise. Spread over pate' . Decorate with pimentos, olives.

My mom' favorite shape was a Christms tree, decorated with sliced stuffed green olives. Served with wheat thins.
