3 eggs separated
2 cups whipping cream
1 envelope Knox gelatin
1/3 -1/4 cup cold water
Grated peel of 1 lemon (need 2)
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1tsp vanilla
1 cup sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in water - give hot water bath
Beat yolks add sugar, vanilla, lemon juice, peel, and clear gelatin.
Whip cream, fold in.
Beat whites until stiff , fold in
Chill 2 hours
