Cake:
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups salad oil
1 1/2 cups pumpkin
2 tsp. vanilla

Frosting:
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup pecans
Optional: 2 tsp. cold orange juice

Directions:

Sift dry ingredients together. Mix eggs, salad oil and pumpkin together. Beat until mixed well. Add dry ingredients. Pour into a greased and floured tube pan. Bake for
1 hour at 350º.

Blend the frosting ingredients together in the order given. Let cake cool and top with the frosting.
