2 oz. cream cheese
1 2/3 cup powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. extract

Large Batch
8 oz. cream cheese
1 bag powdered sugar
1 tsp. extract

Directions:
Directions:
Soften cream cheese. Add extract and color.
Gradually mix in powdered sugar until it forms small stiff balls. Roll ball in granulated sugar and press into rubber mold.


Color/Flavor suggestions:
White - Almond or Vanilla
Blue - Peppermint or Blue Raspberry
Green - Spearmint or Crème DE Menthe
Pink - Raspberry or Strawberry
Red - Cherry
