1 cup Velveeta© cheese, cubed
1/2 cup margarine, melted
1 cup cheddar cheese
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 bottle beer
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. parsley
Directions:
Directions:
Melt together all ingredients, starting with about half the beer. Once melted, slowly add more beer to get desired consistency. Serve over any style pasta.

Best served with a salad and garlic bread. And of course, an ice cold beer.
