8 Eggs, well beaten
12 oz Sugar
1 Can evaporated milk
1-1/2 Cans water
1 lb 9 oz Flour
6 T Baking Powder

Directions:
Add sugar to eggs and mix well. Combine all other ingredients in a separate bowl, mixing well. Add egg mixture to flour mixture a small amount at a time until all has been added. Stir just until mixed. Add baking powder and mix well. Cook on an well oiled griddle and serve.
