8 strips of bacon(cooked and crumbled)
1 can bean sprouts, drained
1 can water chestnuts(sliced)
6 hard boiled eggs
Small can of mushrooms, drained

Dressing
1 cup salad oil
1/4 sup sugar
1 medium onion
2 teas.Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup ketchup

Assemble salad. Mix dressing and toss.

Not sure this is mom;s writing on this one. Might be Cindy? I would use fresh bean sprouts and fresh mushrooms and probably a little less oil if I made it today.I would probably also use turkey bacon.
