24 graham crackers
10" pie plate
3T sugar
2t cinnamon
1/4 lb melted butter

2 packages Philadelphia cream cheese (room temperature)
3eggs
3/4 cup sugar

Lemon extract
1/2 pint sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Crumb crackers, mix with sugar, cinnamon & butter. Save some crumbs for top.

Beat eggs, add sugar, add cream cheese then beat until very smooth, add t lemon extract. Pour into pie plate which is lined with drum mix. Bake 20 minutes at 350º
Remove add 1/2 pint sour cream (sweeten to taste and add 1/2 t Lemon extract. Sprinkle saved crumbs on top. Return to oven for 5 minutes.

This is Fire Chief Songey's recipe, he was our neighbor and my most vivid memory is his wife would have me trick or treat for charity, I think pennies for unicef. As a reward she would buy outfits for my Barbies. Looking back she probably spent more than I collected. Lovely people, wonderful memory, 8//17/69.
