1 9 oz.pkg. refrigerated, cheese-filled tortellini
1 (14oz.) can quartered artichoke hearts,drained
1 16. oz. jar pitted ripe olives, drained (I used pitted kalamata olives)
1/2 pound round pepperoni slices
1 (8oz.) bottle reduced-fat Parmesan Italian Salad Dressing

25 (6") wooden skewers

Directions:
Directions:
Cook tortellini according to package directions,omitting salt. Drain and cool. Thread tortellini and next 3 ingredients onto skewers. Place in a 13x9"x2" baking dish. Drizzle with salad dressing,turn to coat.

Cover and chill at least 4 hours. Drain before serving.

We made this recently for a CC Christmas Party and I know I have made it several times since then. I also put a sprig of basil on the skewer to give it some more color and taste.
