1 C. mayo
1-1/2 C. sour cream
1 (10 oz.) package frozen, chopped spinach (thawed & drained)
1 package Knorr Vegetable Soup mix
1 can water chestnuts (drained & finely chopped)
Paprika
1 round loaf of shepherds bread

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together, place in an airtight container and refrigerate overnight. When ready to serve, cut about an inch off the top of the bread and save it for a lid. Remove the bread from the center, hollowing out the loaf. Stir the dip well and place it in the bread bowl. Sprinkle lightly with paprika. Serve with the removed bread chunks, crackers and/or veggies too.
