2-3 chicken breasts, skinless, bone-in or boneless
4 carrots (sliced, chopped, diced, chunks)
2 celery stalks (same as carrots)
½ onion, grated
4-6 bullion cube (chicken)
4-6 c. water

Dumplings:
2 cups Bisquick (original)
⅔ cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken until done and then shred. Boil 4-6 cups water. Add chopped carrots and celery to boiling water. Add grated onion to boiling water. Add 1 bullion cube per 1 cup of water - so add 4 to 6 bullion cubes. Add chicken. Simmer approximately 30 minutes.

Prepare dumplings by mixing Bisquick and milk with fork. Spoon into boiling soup. COVER and cook additional 10 minutes.
