Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven and start biscuits baking according to package directions.

Then, fry the sausage until cooked and in crumbled pieces. Drain fat/oil. Add milk to sausage and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer.

In a separate small bowl add corn starch and water and mix until smooth. Add the corn starch mix to the boiling milk/sausage pan and immediately begin whisking for a few minutes so lumps do not form. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Simmer a few minutes until gravy is to desired thickness.

Personal Notes:
You can start with less corn starch/water mixture and add more if needed. If gravy is not thick enough, you can create additional corn starch/water mix and add to the gravy. The longer it cooks, the thicker it gets. Red pepper flakes can also be added to the gravy during cooking the sausage if you want to make it spicier. This is perfect over biscuits!
