1 dz. eggs, boiled and peeled carefully
½ c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. yellow mustard
salt and pepper to taste
Hungarian paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Place 1 dozen eggs into a large pot of cold water. Salt the water generously. Bring to boil. Boil eggs for 10 minutes. Remove eggs from stove, drain boiling water and add cold water and ice cubes to the pot. Let sit several minutes until eggs have cooled completely. Carefully peel eggs. Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Put the yolks into a mixing bowl and set the white parts into a serving platter. After all eggs are halved and yolks are separated, use a fork to smooth out the yolks.

To the smooth yolk 'crumbs', add the mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the mayo and mustard to taste as well. Use a teaspoon to fill the egg whites. Sprinkle with Hungarian paprika for color and a flavor boost!
