1 lb. Beef cubes (can also use chicken)
1 can Tomato paste
Garlic
Flour
Carrots (diced)
Potatoes (diced)
Pepper
Thyme (whole sticks)
Bay leaf

Directions:
Directions:
Smother garlic and pepper on beef then sprinkle flour on top of beef. Brown meat in pan with oil and garlic, salt to taste. Once beef is browned, add can of tomato paste and 1-2 cans of water (you want enough liquid for a sauce). Add pepper, garlic powder, thyme and bay leaves to sauce. Let it simmer for about 15 -20 minutes. When sauce is almost ready, Add cubes of carrots and potatoes to sauce and cook until carrots and potatoes are done.

*Use cornstarch to thicken sauce if necessary.
