Crust:
2 cup flour
1 cup butter
1/2 cup confectioner's sugar

Filling:
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
4 T. lemon juice (up to 1/2 cup)

Directions:
Directions:

Cream butter and then add flour and confectioners sugar. Press evenly in bottom of two ungreased 9x9 in. pans or in a 9x12 inch pan. Bake 20-25 min at 350º.

Beat remaining ingredients until light and fluffy. Pour over hot crust and bake about 25 min. longer or until no imprint remains when lightly touched. Cool and refrigerate overnight and cut into tiny pieces and serve.
