6-8 chicken breasts, boned
6-8 slices bacon
1 package dried beef
1 10-oz. can mushroom soup
1/4 cup sour cream mixed with 1/2 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange dried beef on bottom of greased crockpot. Wrap each piece of chicken with bacon and place on top of beef. Mix soup and sour cream together. Pour over chicken.
Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours or on high 3-5 hours. Serve over buttered noodles.

This is like Martha Nelson’s “Party Chicken” except it is made in the crockpot instead of the oven. I used to make this a long time ago before I learned you could make it in the oven.
