1 chicken (or 6-8 breasts) deboned
1 cup milk (buttermilk)
1 cup self-rising flour
1 stick margarine, melted
1 can cream of chicken soup (or cream of celery)
Broth from boiling chicken

Directions:
Directions:
Line bottom of casserole dish with cooked chicken. In separate bowl, mix soup with one soup can of chicken broth. Pour mixture over chicken.
Mix buttermilk, flour and margarine together and pour over chicken. Pour another soup can of broth over this; dot with butter.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
