1 large pkg. imitation crab meat
1 small bag frozen peas
1 c. baby carrots, sliced
1/2 c. black olives, sliced (optional)
2 boxes of spiral noodles, cooked
1 bottle of Italian dressing


Directions:
Directions:
Boil noodles until cooked but still firm. Put frozen peas into strainer. Pour hot water and noodles over peas into strainer. Then rinse with cold water until noodles are cool. Pour noodles and peas into large bowl. Then cut up crab meat, carrots, and black olives and pour into large bowl with noodles and peas. Add 3/4 bottle of Italian dressing and mix all together. Refrigerate and cover for a minimum of 2 hours or over-night then add the rest of dressing and mix again. Enjoy!
