2 containers light whipping topping
1 large can pineapple tidbits
2 large cans mandarin oranges
1 large jar maraschino cherries
2 large boxes lemon gelatin mix
2 c. mini marshmallows
2 large containers small curd low-fat cottage cheese

Directions:
Directions:
First drain excess milk from the cottage cheese, then put in a large bowl. Add both containers of whipped topping and the dry gelatin mix. Fold together. Drain the pineapple, oranges, and cherries. (If the oranges are too big you can divide them. The cherries should be cut in half.) Add the fruit to the cheese/whipped topping mixture and stir together. Add the mini marshmallows and fold in. Chill.
