1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
8 oz. pkg pepperoni
12 oz. mozzarella cheese slices
12 oz. Colby jack cheese slices
1 egg

Directions:
Thaw 1 loaf of frozen bread, but don't let rise. Pat out flat on a greased cookie sheet, so that the dough covers almost the entire cookie sheet. Overlap half the pepperoni down the middle of the dough; layer half the mozzarella cheese over top of pepperoni, then half of the Colby cheese. Bring one side of the bread dough over the top of the pepperoni and cheese layers. Repeat the pepperoni and cheese layers again and bring the other side of the dough over top of all. Seal sides and ends by pressing together. Beat one egg and brush over top and sides of bread dough. Bake at 350º for 30 to 40 minutes. Cut into 2 inch slices and serve immediately.
