5 T meringue powder
1/2 c water (2 T) or 2 egg whites (room temp)
1/2 tsp cream of tarter
2 tsp water
1 lb of powder sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1) Blend all the ingredients together well
2) At medium speed on blender (blend until stiff peak forms - approx 5 min)

* Add more powdered sugar if not stiff
* Add more water if too stiff

Use immediately
