1 egg
2 tsp vanilla
1 c butter, softened
1/2 c sugar
3 T powdered sugar1/4 tsp salt
2 c flour (add additional as needed)
Directions:
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 325º
2) Whisk egg and vanilla - set aside
3) Cream butter - add both sugars
4) Add egg mixture - beat 1 minute
5) Add salt/flour mixture until well blended
6) Form 1" balls on place on parchment lined cookie sheet
7) Bake 15-20 min or until golden brown
