3 cubes chicken buillion
3 red peppers-chopped
3 slices white bread- no crust
5.2 oz Boursin Cheese –Garlic and Fine Herbs

Directions:
Directions:
Bring first 4 ingredients to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until peppers are soft.
Blend until smooth . Blend in cheese just before serving.
